Ray started to dive deeper into the ocean of ancient wisdom to deepen his understanding of a yogic way of life. With a deep calling to share this wisdom to the world, Ray founded “Attentiveness Way” – the path to empowering life is about how you live it.

Corporate Attentiveness Yoga and Meditation Workshops
Corporate attentiveness yoga and meditation workshops are training sessions designed to help employees manage stress, improve focus and concentration, and enhance overall well-being. These workshops typically involve a combination of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
Yoga postures, also known as asanas, are physical exercises that help to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. These postures can help employees to relieve physical tension and improve posture, which can reduce the risk of workplace injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
Breathing techniques, or pranayama, are exercises that focus on controlling the breath. These techniques can help to reduce stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system and increasing oxygen flow to the brain.
Meditation practices involve techniques that help to quiet the mind and improve mental clarity. Meditation can help employees to increase their ability to focus and concentrate, which can enhance productivity and decision-making skills.
Corporate attentiveness yoga and meditation workshops offered as a one-time event or as a series of ongoing sessions. They may be conducted by a certified yoga or meditation instructor, or by an employee who has received specialized training in these practices.
The benefits of these workshops can include reduced stress and anxiety, improved physical health, enhanced mental clarity and focus, increased productivity, and improved overall well-being. By incorporating these practices into the workplace, employers can help to create a more positive and productive work environment.
