About Ray Suwana

Hi, I'm Ray Suwana,
the Facilitator &
Yoga Acharya

Born into a Balinese family in Sulawesi, Ray was exposed to learn about life and wisdom from a young age. Ray’s education continued on Bali where he also spent seven years living at an ashram where yoga, meditation and philosophy are integrated in all the activities and in everyday life.
Ray started to dive deeper into the ocean of ancient wisdom to deepen his understanding of a yogic way of life. With a deep calling to share this wisdom to the world, Ray founded “Attentiveness Way” – the path to empowering life is about how you live it.
